Full blog post coming soon….

We are so excited to announce our new nephew Dylan! It is the first baby for Wesley’s sister Sara and her husband Derek. Rae got the opportunity to be in the room and photograph most of the excitement. Please indulge us while we post this for all of our friends and family to see. There is nothing graphic here, so feel free to enjoy the slideshow if you love babies.
We did Sara a maternity session about 4 weeks ago. This was before her belly got big hehe…..

Avery loves her new baby cousin!

Enjoy the slideshow Wesley put together, but I must warn you to have tissue handy…..

Deep in the woods of the Walton and Bay County, FL line, is a little jewel known as Carillon. This was our first wedding at this exclusive little paradise, and I must say it is one of the finest wedding venues in the panhandle. Brian is a Panama City native currently living in NYC, and he and Lauren knew that putting their big day in Victoria’s hands would make it a perfect event. What an event it was. We started out with a beautiful afternoon, and then the heavens opened up with pouring rain right before the ceremony started. Luckily, it only lasted about an hour and cleared out just in time for the guests to enjoy a beautiful lawn reception. Those rain clouds also gave us the prettiest sunset of the year by far. We hope you enjoy this post as much as we enjoyed photographing it.

Lauren & Brian wanted to see each other before the ceremony which allowed us some great shots….

Hello Gorgeous!

These two kiddos were brother and sister, and they were a great source of entertainment.

After a great blessing and toast from Brian’s dad….

we whisked them off to the beach for sunset. The rain during the ceremony made for a stunning sunset!

It was a grand evening before they were whisked away to their suite!

Ok, I think the question we get the most when we show up at a wedding is “Where’s that baby of yours today?” Sooooo….. here’s a little Avery update for you all. She is getting so big now! Potty training is almost a complete success, and so is this tricycle Aunt Sara bought her for her birthday. She is finally getting strong enough to pedal. She is soooo sweet that sometimes Rae and I look at each other and wonder if she really belongs to us. Then we get the temper tantrums and blame it on the other one’s genes. Needless to say, we’re gonna keep her for a little while longer. Until the teenage years anyway. This is a little series of her trike riding yesterday. She was just starting to get the hang of it, so I grabbed the camera and snapped a few. There is no photoshop trick here with the sun beams. That was all natural light filtering down brilliantly from the sky. It was beautiful!
