Chamaine & Carlos | Sandestin Wedding Photographer

Chamaine and Carlos drove all the way from New Orleans to have a beautiful wedding on the beaches of the Emerald Coast. They chose Sandestin Hilton as their venue and it was perfect for them. The ballroom was beautiful and all the vendors did a really great job! Their wedding really focused on family. Chamaine and Carlos have 3 children together, but there were many more children there. I don’t think I have seen so many kids at a wedding before and they all partied like the adults! And, you know how those Louisiana people like to party! They even extended the reception because they weren’t done partying.

Venue | Sandestin Hilton
Catering | Sandestin Hilton
Coordinator | Margie Jordan of Bella Flora
Flowers & Decor | Bella Flora
Cake | Fatty Patty’s Cakes

Kristin & Caleb | Pensacola Wedding Photographer

Kristin & Caleb found us a long time ago after Kristin’s sister was a bridesmaid in a wedding we photographed!  We are so glad Haley told Kristin about us.  These two are so sweet and kind and such a pleasure to be around.  Their wedding was sweet and beautiful and the afternoon lighting at the Scenic Hills Country Club was superb!

It was the first really cool day of Fall and it started out bright and breezy…Pensacola photographer_01Can you already picture the cuteness these are about to bring?  You will see these again…

Samantha & Matt’s Country Chic Wedding | Southern Wedding in Alabama

This wedding was the epitome of Southern. It was in the country (way out there!), there were boiled peanuts, homemade jams, cowboy hats, banana pudding, pecan pie, and so much more! I just wish you all could hear Samantha’s sweet voice with her precious accent over this blog! Samantha’s parents really played a huge part in putting the wedding together too. Her mom is an extremely talented designer so everything was just flawless. Samantha’s dad is a co-op farmer and much of the food that was served came right out of his crops. Corn and beans (or was it peas?) planted. grown, picked, and prepared with love for a daughter! Matt and his guys were good ole country boys who really don’t love having their photos taken, but they behaved nicely and I think they didn’t find the photo time too painful. The girls were lots of fun and check out their dresses! CUTE!!!!

We’ll start with a photo from their engagement session you might remember….

Samantha got ready in Lindsey Manor.  It was a beautiful old mansion that really complimented her style and taste.

Even the decor’ like this old radio was just perfect for props….

Some other decor in the main hallway of the mansion…..

Samantha gave Matt’s daughter this beautiful necklace as a gift.

Tears were plentiful when everyone saw Samantha in her dress….

Samantha was adorable…

They wanted to see each other before the wedding for plenty of photo time…

This was the chapel across the railroad tracks from Lindsey Manor….

It was a nice walk to the wedding….

This is where the tears really started flowing. Samantha’s dad said a prayer for Samantha and Matt and their new family and it was so touching.

The weather forecast was pretty ominous that day, so a last minute tent was brought in.  Thank goodness it wasn’t needed.  The horseshoes were a big hit with the kids…..

What is a wedding without cold Coca Cola in the bottle?

Or buckets of boiled peanuts…..
