Jenna & Jared’s Mad Hatter Wonderland

This wedding was amazing. They got married at Olive Baptist Church and the Mad Hatter reception was at Mustin Beach Officer’s Club on the Navy Base. Jenna & Jared had 10 attendants each and I think most of them wore Garnet & Gold at one time. Jared and most of his groomsmen played football for FSU. Those guys were big. But, that wasn’t the amazing part I was referring to (but you guys are amazing!). This wedding was full of details. Feathers, zebras, pink, black, Yoda, fire, oh my! You think you have seen some fabulous Betty Weber cakes before? Just wait until you scroll down through these. You won’t be disappointed. ETA – The flowers for Jenna’s wedding and Lindsay’s wedding (5/2/08) were provided by Sandy Norton of Tulips. She did a fabulous job!

Let’s start with the gorgeous bride! This is the bride’s room at Olive. Those lights are pretty, but they can cause burns if you aren’t careful!

Betty Weber totally outdid herself on these two. You really wouldn’t believe how big these cakes were. Most of the wedding guests took photos of Yoda using their camera phone. He caused quite a commotion.

If Jenna is involved, feathers will be there.

Jenna should be ashamed of herself for starting the cake fight. I saw it Jared…Jenna started it. I think Jared was pretty shocked.

These next 3 images are pretty hilarious. The 1st and 3rd are mine and the 2nd one is Wesley’s. This is where 2 photographers are a great idea. Not only because you get 2 perspectives…one of the photographers just might go down. Can you spot Wesley in the 3rd one??

Jenna and Jared enjoyed their Paris honeymoon and I know they have been patiently awaiting this post. I hope it was worth the wait.

Hey everyone…can you believe that ALL these details were ideas of Jenna’s, her mom, and her sister Lindsay?? They didn’t have a planner, but this wedding went really smoothly! Kathy (the mom) actually bought the chair covers instead of renting them twice (remember Lindsay and Mark’s wedding 2 months ago??)
